Danger...

"Danger is often just an illusion created in our minds, but when danger becomes a reality, it must be met head on." - Charlie, played by Willie Nelson, in the movie "Beer For My Horses"

What is danger? Most of the time, we think of danger as a mad grizzly bear or a bad guy with a gun. This is when danger becomes a reality, but how is it an illusion?
The illusion in danger is a feeling of inadequacy or lack of self-confidence. A great example of this is when a guy is afraid to ask out a girl who is "way too pretty" for him, for fear that she will say no to a date. What if she does? Or then again, what if she DOESN'T! (Just watch, a lot of beautiful girls are with guys that are lets say... not model material.)
When life presents "dangerous" situations, evaluate them as illusion or reality, and act precisely. Do not fear the unknown, worry about it once it presents itself.
